Why Wellness?
Because “care” isn’t just part of our name, it’s part of our mission.
Wellness practices can be an empowering and helpful compliment to professional treatment. Although not a substitute for evaluations and treatment from health care providers, we know that self-care tools can improve brain health (our specialty!), reduce stress, and develop healthy habits. We hope that these courses will be a useful resource for our clients and community.
